Representing the school was Akinbola Afeez Akintunde from department of industrial chemistry Ekiti State University.
The quiz was based on periodic table.
Each students were asked to provide 10 words, all comprising of The elements in the periodic table.
After which series of questions were thrown before the winner finally emerged.
Lectures were also given by guest speakers and students.

Carbon dioxide is a favorable C1 feedstock due to its abundance, availability and low toxicity, To avoid the obvious consequences on climate change, the concentration of this greenhouse gas in the atmosphere must be stabilized.
Since the beginning of the industrial revolution and the concomitant use of fossil resources, the concentration of carbon dioxide significantly increased in the atmosphere[1].

Cyclic carbonates These are organic carbonate, that consist of a carbonyl group flanked by two alkoxy groups. The carbonate groups are linked by a 2 or 3 carbon bridge, forming a cyclic compounds. They are use as precursor for the preparation of other organic compounds, monomers for polymer synthesis, industrial lubricants. Conclusion
In conclusion, the preparative aspects of using CO2 in the synthesis of useful organic compounds undoubtedly represent a key strategy for the development of greener chemical processes. The challenge, therefore, is to achieve CO2 transformations from natural and industrial sources, as well as human activities.
