We have received lots of questions from aspirants about the just concluded decision of the EKSU ASUU effect on resumption and registration of the freshers,
As the name implies ,ASUU means Academic Staff Union Of Universities,they are only meant for lectures.
Registrations are not academic so therefore the NASU Non Academic Staff Union is in charge of registrations
Aspirants are therefore advised to resume early for their registration on November 19.
To make things easier for you during your registrations,The Kilonshele Media Team has compiled your registration process for you.
Here are the step by step registrations you need.
*Print a copy of your admission slip on eksu e portal
* Pay your Acceptance Fee by login to
EKSU PORTAL and click on “Payment”, then click on Acceptance Fees.
*login using your UTME Reg No or Form No as Username and use password1 as password to login,
* Click on Proceed To Acceptance Fee on the dashboard to make payment.
*After payment of Acceptance Fee, Click on "Payment", click on School Fees, login using your UTME Reg No or Form No as Username and use password1 as password and click on school fees on the menu to make payment.
*After payment of your School Fees, proceed to the Admissions Office for verification of your entry results with the appropriate examination body.
*Submit three copies each of your admission letter, Certificate/Result, local Government attestation, one guarantor letter, evidence of full payment of prescribed fees on your dashboard with three recent passport photographs to your Faculty Officer for necessary clearance (Must be completed before Matriculation).
*Finally, proceed to your Faculty Officer for screening with original of your credentials.
Immediately after printing out this, you are required to proceed to the Admissions Office at the Directorate of Academic Affairs Staff Building, opposite Faculty of Law) with this slip for screening, along with the following:
1.JAMB Admission Letter
2.EKSU Admission Letter
3.O’Level Result/Certificate (plus other qualification for D.E Candidates)
4.JAMB Result Slip
5.Post-UTME Result Slip
6.Local Government Attestation Letter
7.Birth Certification
8.Enough passports and photocopies of your credentials and receipts
**Please note that you are required to present ''Authority To Proceed'' which is at the last session of the admission letter you printed and must be signed by the Admissions Officer at the Faculty, without which you would not be registered.
